Job summary

Permanent People Rec2Rec in Portsmouth seeks a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support the internal recruitment and HR teams, ensuring smooth end-to-end processes from application through onboarding.

You will coordinate interviews, maintain ATS records, assist with agency management, and help with offers and pre-employment checks while providing proactive, candidate-focused service. This role offers progression into Talent Acquisition and 25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment coordination or recruitment administration.
• Experience in fast-paced administrative or customer-facing environments.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating interviews and candidate communications.
• Managing recruitment administration and ATS records.
• Supporting agency management and candidate tracking.
• Coordinating offers, onboarding and pre-employment checks.
• Acting as a key point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintaining accurate recruitment data and reporting.
