Job summary

Pure Resourcing Solutions Limited is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to join a growing organisation on a fixed term contract. This 12-month FTC focuses on attracting top talent, delivering an excellent candidate experience, and supporting hiring managers with recruitment activity.

The role is based at the Billericay office with some travel between other Essex offices, and requires you to have transport. You will manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple roles, screen candidates, coordinate

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, resourcing, HR administration or similar.
• Experience screening candidates and coordinating interviews.
• Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• Confident with MS Office and recruitment systems.
• Experience in volume, agency or public sector recruitment is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment process across multiple roles.
• Screen applications, pre-screen calls, coordinate interviews.
• Advertise vacancies and source candidates via multiple channels.
• Maintain company values in candidate communications.
• Organise recruitment events, open days and careers fairs.
• Build relationships with hiring managers to understand needs.
• Maintain recruitment records and produce activity reports.
