Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate talent acquisition professional to provide proactive recruitment support during a period of rapid growth. Reporting to an HR Business Partner, you will focus on sourcing and supporting recruitment efforts, with opportunities for growth into a Recruitment Business Partner role and involvement in strategic projects.

Key Responsibilities

1. Support and advise hiring managers on sourcing strategies to attract talent.
2. Proactively source candidates through social media, forums, CV databases, and other channels.
3. Review candidate pipelines, conduct phone screens, and support diversity initiatives.
4. Assist in recruitment campaigns using platforms like Indeed, Reed, and social media.
5. Create inclusive, bias-free job descriptions using tools like Textio and Odro.
6. Support hiring managers with Workday Recruiting queries.
7. Participate in ad-hoc projects with the HR team and wider business.
