Base pay range

Catalyst Partners is working with a leading private equity firm to hire a Talent Acquisition Associate for their London office. You will be working closely with the Head of TA and the broader HR team to hire top-talent across EMEA & APAC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both agency recruitment and internal recruitment within the financial services sector. This role will be pivotal in identifying, attracting, and retaining top talent to support the firm's growth and strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Sourcing: Utilise various recruitment channels to source high-calibre candidates for a range of roles within the firm and its portfolio companies.
• Candidate Screening: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Agency Collaboration: Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Employer Branding: Promote the firm's employer brand through various channels to attract top talent.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and provide regular updates to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on both agency and internal recruitment. Experience in the financial services sector, particularly at a bank, is highly desirable.
• Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
