Job summary

Talentsure is hiring a Talent Acquisition Advisor for a Hybrid role in Southampton. The role includes coordinating full-lifecycle recruitment, direct sourcing and marketing, and close collaboration with stakeholders to offer competitive recruitment solutions.

The position is permanent and full-time, offering up to £35,000 per annum, with a two-way flexible approach to smart working and occasional hub visits.

Qualifications

• End-to-end recruitment experience, in-house or agency with direct sourcing.
• Strong recruitment marketing, employer branding, and social channels engagement.
• Experience with ATS/CRM and content management systems for careers pages.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate full-lifecycle recruitment for specialist vacancies from brief to onboarding.
• Utilise direct sourcing, LinkedIn Recruiter and social platforms to build talent pipelines.
• Partner with hiring managers to advise on attraction, selection and offers.
• Maintain relationships with agencies and job board vendors.
• Manage candidate data in ATS/CRM and keep careers site content engaging.
• Introduce innovative sourcing tools and AI-driven recruitment techniques.
