Job summary

Unite Talent is seeking an HR and Talent Advisor for a permanent, hybrid role near Blackfriars Bridge, Central London. The role blends recruitment delivery and HR generalist responsibilities, with a £45,000 salary and occasional travel to Bristol.

It offers 3 days on site and 2 days from home, and works closely with the Talent Acquisition Partner to move requisitions forward. The position requires proven in-house recruitment experience and flexibility to cover broader HR duties when needed,

Qualifications

• Proven in-house recruitment experience is essential.
• Experience across recruitment delivery and HR generalist work.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, especially ATS/HRIS accuracy.
• Some generalist HR exposure is highly desirable.
• Flexible and adaptable mindset to switch between recruitment and HR as needed.

Responsibilities

• Draft and place job adverts across channels for live vacancies.
• Build and maintain candidate long-lists via job boards, LinkedIn and direct sourcing.
• Screen candidates against role requirements.
• Assist interview process with objective assessment and grading.
• Coordinate interviews and manage logistics with hiring managers and candidates.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
• Provide stakeholder-facing support when TA Partner is at capacity.
• Coordinate statutory and mandatory training compliance.
• Support interview skills training for hiring managers.
• Contribute to HR projects, policy queries and ad hoc initiatives.
• Support employee relations case administration and guidance.
• Maintain HRIS governance and data integrity checks.
• Handle transactional HR administration: contracts, onboarding paperwork, letters.
