Connect2Hampshire, part of Commercial Services Group (CSG), is looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to support attraction, onboarding and compliance for interim and fixed-term roles. The role involves candidate sourcing, administration, and building relationships with hiring managers and agencies.

Based in Hampshire with hybrid working, the post offers a salary of £26,551 per annum plus a bonus scheme, 37 hours per week, and a fixed-term contract until March 2028, with extensive benefits and

Qualifications

• Proven experience in recruitment, resourcing, customer service, sales or administration.
• Strong administration and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to build relationships and communicate confidently with candidates and managers.
• Strong IT skills with confidence using recruitment systems and MS Office.
• Independent worker who contributes to a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment campaigns across interim, fixed-term and project vacancies.
• Review applications, maintain candidate records and update recruitment systems.
• Manage candidate compliance checks and onboarding processes.
• Build relationships with candidates, hiring managers and agencies.
• Arrange interviews and support end-to-end recruitment activities.
• Upload vacancies to job boards and recruitment platforms.
• Support temporary worker and timesheet administration.
• Work with consultants and managers to understand recruitment needs.
• Provide recruitment administration and wider team support.
