Job summary

Workman in Guildford is seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our HR team as we support growth across commercial property and real estate sectors. You will partner with hiring managers to deliver end-to-end recruitment solutions for roles spanning property management, building consultancy, property finance, and central support functions.

Day-to-day, you’ll manage the full lifecycle, develop sourcing strategies, and coordinate interviews to ensure an excellent candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in a recruitment, talent acquisition, or resourcing role.
• Experience recruiting within property, real estate, facilities management, surveying, construction, or professional services environments would be beneficial.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously.
• Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to problem solving.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), ideally Workable.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy briefing through to offer and onboarding.
• Develop effective sourcing strategies and recruitment plans tailored to business requirements.
• Manage vacancies through the Applicant Tracking System (Workable), ensuring a smooth and compliant recruitment process.
• Complete initial CV screen activities
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring an excellent experience for candidates and hiring teams.
• Conduct interviews and assist with candidate assessment and selection.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment partners and support management of the Preferred Supplier List (PSL).
• Assist with graduate, apprenticeship and early careers recruitment initiatives.
