We are looking for an experienced and driven Systems Test -Senior Control Systems Engineer to join Siemens Mobility in our Rail Infrastructure business where you will lead our agile product development testing team in Chippenham. A crucial part of this role, is shaping and executing the software testing strategy across multiple projects with a strong emphasis on modernising testing approaches for legacy systems, CI/CD integration, application and performance testing with the context of UK railway standards.
You will have a deep understanding of the approaches to, and the phases of testing which are used to support the software development lifecycle, proven experience in managing testing of both on‑premise and cloud based systems. Executing testing to support SaaS implementations, experience of leading, implementing and maintaining automation testing pipelines, strong leadership capabilities and a passion for delivering high quality, safety critical systems in the railway domain.
