Job summary

Thales Group in the United Kingdom offers a 3-year Engineering Development Programme designed for early-career engineers. You will rotate across programmes, work with engineers to design and develop solutions, and be guided by the Engineering Leadership team through a structured learning pathway.

The scheme includes accredited training, potential external secondments, and a focus on transferable skills, with a set location and exposure to existing or new products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM subjects as listed in Requirements.
• Degree with focus on engineering/science disciplines is required or on track to achieve.

Responsibilities

• Complete a 3-year Graduate Development Programme accredited by the IET, IMechE and RAeS.
• Year 3 rotations or external secondment with Thales partners may be explored.
• Engage in discipline-specific learning paths and transversal skills training.
• Develop engineering skills, knowledge and competencies across projects.
• Work in a set location to understand how the Engineering Function operates.
