Thales is offering a 3-year Engineering Development Programme in the UK for graduates with STEM degrees. The programme includes a country-rotation option in Year 3 and support from the Engineering Leadership team.

You will follow a structured learning path to fast track development within the engineering function. Highlights include accreditation by IET, IMechE and RAeS, potential secondments, and a focus on developing core engineering skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM subject as listed (e.g., Computer Science, Computing, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Neuroscience).
• Theoretical or applied degrees in engineering/software are considered.
• All applicable technical or related degrees will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Graduate Development Programme lasting 3 years with potential country rotation.
• Year 3 rotation or external secondment with Thales partners.
• Structured learning pathway with leadership sponsorship and transversal skills training.
