Thales Group is offering a 3-year Engineering Development Programme in the United Kingdom for recent graduates. You will be mentored by the Engineering Leadership team and follow a structured learning path to accelerate your development.

You will complete an IET/IMechE/RAeS-accredited programme, with a potential Year 3 rotation across Thales units and a chance to explore external secondments with Thales partners. Hybrid working options apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM subject (e.g., Computer Science, Computing, Data Science, Software Engineering) is required.
• Starting your professional career with limited relevant experience is expected.
• Willingness to undergo UK BPSS and Security Clearance (SC) is required.

Responsibilities

• Complete a 3-year Graduate Development Programme accredited by IET, IMechE and RAeS.
• Opportunity to rotate in Year 3 across different business units and locations.
• Participate in discipline-specific learning pathways and cross-functional core training.
• Develop key engineering skills, knowledge and competencies.
• Work in a set location and domain for the duration of the scheme.
• Build a professional network across the Thales organisation.
