Job summary

Thales Group in the United Kingdom offers a 3-year Engineering Development Programme designed to rotate across different business units and engineering lifecycles. You will be mentored by the Engineering Leadership team and follow a detailed learning pathway to accelerate your development as an engineer.

The programme includes accreditation by IET, IMechE and RAeS, potential Year 3 rotation or external secondment, and strong focus on core and transversal skills to build your engineering

Qualifications

• Entry-level graduate opportunity for candidates with a STEM bachelor's degree.
• You will gain accreditation from IET, IMechE and RAeS.
• Right to work in the UK and BPSS/SC security checks required.

Responsibilities

• Complete a 3-year Graduate Development Programme across engineering lifecycles.
• Rotate in Year 3 or undertake a secondment with Thales partners.
• Develop engineering skills and competencies through structured learning.
• Work in a fixed location and domain for the duration of the scheme.
