Job summary

Thales Group in the United Kingdom offers a 3-year Engineering Development Programme for graduates. You will be assigned to engineering projects, rotate in Year 3, and receive sponsorship from the Engineering Leadership team to fast track development.

You will follow a structured learning pathway with discipline-specific and transversal skills training, building engineering competencies and a broad professional network within Thales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM subject (or on track to complete) from the listed areas.
• Entry-level graduate opportunity suitable for those starting their professional careers.
• Degree subjects listed include AI Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computing, Computing and Data Science, Software Engineering, or related STEM degrees.

Responsibilities

• Complete a 3-year Graduate Development Programme accredited by the IET, IMechE and RAeS.
• Option to rotate in Year 3 or explore an external secondment with Thales partners.
• Participate in discipline specific and transversal skills training pathways.
• Develop key engineering skills, knowledge and competencies.
• Work in a set location and domain for the duration of the scheme.
