Job summary

Thales Group in the United Kingdom invites graduates to join a 3-year Engineering Development Programme designed to develop and challenge bright minds across different engineering lifecycles.

You’ll rotate in Year 3, undertake a structured learning pathway, and work on exciting products while supported by the Engineering Leadership team. A STEM degree and UK work rights with BPSS and Security Clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or MSc in a STEM subject as listed.
• Eligibility to work in the UK with BPSS and SC clearance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Complete a 3-year Graduate Development Programme accredited by IET, IMechE and RAeS.
• Year 3 rotation or external secondment with Thales partners.
• Develop core engineering skills and competencies while working on customer-focused projects.
