Job summary
Thales Group in the United Kingdom offers a 3-year Engineering Development Programme for graduates. You will be assigned to engineering projects, supported by senior engineers, and rotate in Year 3 to gain broad experience across business units.
A structured learning pathway and sponsorship by the Engineering Leadership team will fast-track your development. Successful candidates will join a programme accredited by IET, IMechE and RAeS, with opportunities for external Secondment and core
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM Subject is required or on track to achieve.
- Degree subjects include Aeronautical/Aerospace Engineering, Electrical/Electronic, Mathematics, Physics, Systems Engineering, AI/ML/Cybernetics, Computing/CS.
- All technically related degrees will be considered.
Responsibilities
- Complete a 3-year Graduate Development Programme accredited by IET, IMechE and RAeS.
- Rotate in Year 3 around the country across different business units and engineering lifecycles.
- Follow a structured learning pathway with guidance from the Engineering Leadership team.
- Develop engineering skills and contribute to designing and developing solutions for customers.
