Job summary

Thales Group invites graduates to join a 3-year Engineering Development Programme designed to accelerate early career engineers. You will rotate in Year 3 around the country across different business units, working with engineers to design and develop solutions for customers.

You will follow a structured learning pathway, receive sponsorship from the Engineering Leadership team and gain accreditation through respected bodies as you progress.

Qualifications

• Entry-level graduate opportunity designed for individuals at the start of their professional career.
• Bachelor’s degree in STEM subjects such as Aeronautical, Electrical/Electronic, IT, Mathematics, Physics, Systems Engineering.
• Eligibility to work in the UK and successful completion of UK security clearances (BPSS/SC).

Responsibilities

• Complete a 3-year Graduate Development Programme with potential Year 3 rotation across UK sites.
• Engage in a core training pathway focused on transversal skills.
• Develop engineering skills, knowledge and competencies through hands-on projects.
• Work in a set location and domain for the programme duration to understand the Engineering Function.
• Contribute to the design and development of engineering solutions for customers.
• Build a professional network across the organisation.
