Job summary

Thales Group in the United Kingdom offers a 3-year Engineering Development Programme for graduates. You will rotate across business units, design and develop engineering solutions, and be mentored by the Engineering Leadership team to fast track your development.

The programme is accredited by the IET, IMechE and RAeS, with possible Year 3 rotations or external secondments and a structured learning pathway to grow core engineering capabilities and professional networks.

Qualifications

• Entry-level graduate opportunity for individuals at the start of their professional career.
• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM subject from the list of eligible areas.
• Possible ability to obtain UK BPSS/SC security clearance and right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Complete a 3-year Graduate Development Programme accredited by the IET, IMechE and RAeS.
• Year 3 rotation across Thales partners or internal business units.
• Engage in discipline-specific learning pathways and transversal skills training.
