£40,000 to £45,000 plus great benefits (Work Level 6A)

We’re looking for a Systems Development Analyst to join the Business Support Services team within our wider Co-op Business Services (CBS) organisation. CBS is made up of a number of diverse teams dedicated to delivering high-quality, reliable, and cost-effective business services across our Co-op. You’ll play a key role in helping CBS to support and realise our group vision of ‘co-operating to build more value for member-owners every day’.
As a Systems Development Analyst, you’ll play a key part in shaping and delivering our systems roadmap. You’ll work closely with teams across Co-op to analyse how our systems are used, identify opportunities to simplify and optimise them, and design innovative solutions using tools like Power Automate. From creating new apps to supporting existing automations, you’ll make sure our systems are secure, efficient, and fit for purpose.
