Job summary

Bright Horizons Early Education & Preschool is seeking a System Support Analyst to help implement and support business and IT systems. This hybrid role is based near our Northampton office with weekly attendance.

You will become the subject matter expert for systems, liaise with business and vendors on changes, releases and updates, and contribute to the growth of our childcare network.

Qualifications

• Experience in nursery setting is advantageous.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• PC literate and capable of working independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Build up knowledge and become the SME for various systems (how they work and how they are used).
• Learn, understand and support the end to end system change lifecycle (Bright Horizons and vendor).
• Learn about the tools used by Developers or vendors to manage change.
• Facilitate workshops with the business, users and/or vendors and ensure findings are documented.
• Manage a system change pipeline and change log; liaising with business owners, system users, service desk, developers, training and vendors.
• Collect data, carryout research, analyse information and document findings.
• Follow through on system support issues to ensure they are raised correctly and resolved.
• Map processes, write procedures and create project documentation.
• Gather, document, verify and analyse business requirements and business rules.
• Complete gap and impact analysis.
• Support UAT activities by helping to develop and refine test plans, test cases and test scripts; analyse results and raise risks.
• Support implementation by working on plans and rollout schedules.
• Produce clear and concise documentation to convey complex information to audiences.
• Provide SOX, audit and compliance support; run weekly user access checks and assist audits.
