Job summary

Bright Horizons is seeking a motivated System Support Analyst to join our Business and IT team in a hybrid role covering the Northampton area. The position is full-time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a competitive salary and a closing date of 2 October 2026.

You will become a SME for a range of business systems, support end-to-end change lifecycle, work with stakeholders and vendors, and help deliver system improvements through analysis, documentation, testing, and UAT support.

Qualifications

• Experience with business systems, application support, or technology-related processes.
• Ability to document requirements, processes, and technical information clearly.
• Experience supporting testing, implementations, or change management activities.
• Desirable experience in nursery, childcare, education, or highly regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop SME expertise across a range of business systems.
• Support end-to-end system change lifecycle from requirements to implementation.
• Work with stakeholders and vendors to manage changes, releases and enhancements.
• Run workshops to gather requirements and document findings.
• Maintain change pipelines and logs.
• Analyze data, research and present recommendations.
• Support UAT with planning, scripting, defect management.
• Create clear documentation for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Support SOX controls, audits and user access reviews.
• Build relationships across the business and with third-party vendors.
