Job summary

CM Recruitment in London is seeking a System Support Analyst to join our Application Support team, managing and resolving support requests for the organization's systems. You will troubleshoot issues and provide technical assistance to users across internal and external stakeholders.

Hybrid role with London offices, working 3 days on Tue, Wed and Thu, 09:00–17:30. Benefits include 20 days holiday, wellbeing days, a birthday off, volunteer day and private medical cover.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience in an IT Operations, or technical analyst role.
• Understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows, macOS) and security best practices
• Clear written and verbal communication skills to support users and document solutions

Responsibilities

• Respond to support inquiries, classify and prioritise tickets, escalate issues and perform troubleshooting
• Providing technical assistance to both internal and external users
• Perform system troubleshooting, including manual or bulk data updates and user access adjustments
