Job summary

Bright Horizons in the United Kingdom is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support the system change lifecycle across internal teams and vendors. You will act as a subject matter expert, liaising with business owners, users, service desks and developers to manage changes and releases.

The role involves documenting findings, requirements, procedures and test artefacts, with emphasis on accuracy and audit readiness. A proactive, collaborative, technically curious mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Learn and support end-to-end system change lifecycle.
• Facilitate workshops with the business, users and/or vendors.
• Map processes, write procedures and create project documentation.
• Gather, document and analyse business requirements and rules.
• Complete gap and impact analyses.
• Support UAT activities with test plans and scripts.

Responsibilities

• Learn, understand and support the end to end system change lifecycle (Bright Horizons and vendor).
• Facilitate workshops with the business, users and/or vendors and ensure findings are documented.
• Manage a system change pipeline and change log, liaising with owners, users, service desk and vendors.
• Collect data, research, analyse information and document findings.
• Follow through on system support issues to ensure they are resolved.
• Produce clear documentation to convey complex information to varied audiences.
