Job summary

Billing Finance is seeking an IT Support professional to join our Technology & Transformation team at our Northampton site. You will provide frontline technical assistance, diagnose and resolve software, hardware and network issues, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver efficient technology solutions.

You will contribute to automation initiatives, manage IT devices, and support key applications like Active Directory and Microsoft 365 while upholding GDPR and security standards.

Qualifications

• Experience providing 1st and 2nd line IT support.
• Ability to troubleshoot software, hardware and network issues.
• Familiar with GDPR and security policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support; resolve incidents within SLA.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose software, hardware, and network problems.
• Work with Senior IT Operations Manager on projects and initiatives.
• Manage, maintain and support technology devices.
• Identify gaps and develop efficiency-improving solutions.
• Administer Active Directory, M365 and telephone system.
