Job summary

adi Group Services is seeking a Systems and CRM Analyst to manage and improve our CRM and wider business systems from the Kings Norton site in Birmingham. You will ensure data accuracy, provide reporting and insight to support sales performance and business decisions.

The role covers CRM administration, data quality, user support, and developing dashboards to drive improvements across the business. A proactive approach to system enhancements is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a CRM, systems, data analysis or business systems environment.
• Experience managing or administering a CRM system, ideally Pipedrive.
• Strong data management and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Location – Kings Norton, Birmingham

About the Role

As a Systems and CRM Analyst, you will manage and improve adi Group’s CRM and wider business systems, ensuring data is accurate, reliable and used effectively across the business. You’ll also provide reporting and insight to support sales performance and business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing the day-to-day administration of Pipedrive CRM.
• Maintaining high standards of CRM data accuracy and consistency.
• Supporting users with system queries, training and guidance.
• Developing CRM reports and dashboards to provide business insight.
• Managing the adi referral system and monitoring performance.
• Supporting lead generation and pipeline growth.
• Producing regular CRM, referral and order intake reports.
• Analysing data, identifying trends and highlighting areas for improvement.
• Providing first-line support for CRM and other business systems.
• Supporting system testing, upgrades and continuous improvement projects.

About you

• Experience within a CRM, systems, data analysis or business systems environment.
• Experience managing or administering a CRM system, ideally Pipedrive.
• Strong data management and analytical skills.
• Experience producing reports, dashboards and management information.
• Experience providing first-line systems support.
• An understanding of system improvements, implementations or upgrades.
• A proactive, curious approach with a desire to improve systems and processes.
