Job summary

adi Group is seeking a Systems and CRM Analyst to join our Group Services team in Kings Norton, Birmingham, focused on the effective management and continuous improvement of the CRM and wider business systems.

You will ensure CRM data is accurate and used across the business, providing reporting and insight to support sales performance and wider business decisions. You will also support system testing, upgrades and new implementations.

Qualifications

• Experience in a CRM, systems, data analysis or business systems environment.
• Experience managing or administering a CRM such as Pipedrive.
• Experience producing reports, dashboards and management information.
• Experience analysing data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Experience supporting system improvements, implementations or upgrades.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day administration and use of Pipedrive CRM across adi Group.
• Maintain high standards of CRM data accuracy, completeness and consistency.
• Monitor CRM usage and support users with queries, training and guidance.
• Develop and maintain CRM reports and dashboards to provide meaningful insights.
• Oversee the referral system, monitoring referrals through to completion and reporting.
• Support lead generation and contribute to pipeline growth.
• Produce regular CRM, referral and order intake reports for stakeholders.
• Analyse data, identify trends and highlight areas requiring attention.
• Provide first-line support for CRM and other business system issues; escalate when required.
• Support system testing, upgrades, implementations and continuous improvement projects.
• Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, reporting and data quality.

About the Role

We are looking for a Systems and CRM Analyst to join our Group Services team and take responsibility for the effective management, maintenance and continuous improvement of adi Group’s CRM and wider business systems.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring our CRM data is accurate, reliable and consistently used across the business, while providing reporting and insight to support sales performance and wider business decisions.

Specifically, your key responsibilities will include:

• Manage the day-to-day administration and use of Pipedrive CRM across adi Group.
• Maintain high standards of CRM data accuracy, completeness and consistency.
• Monitor CRM usage and support users with system queries, training and guidance.
• Develop and maintain CRM reports and dashboards to provide meaningful business insight.

About you

We’re looking for someone with experience in a CRM, systems, data analysis or business systems environment, ideally with experience of:

• Managing or administering a CRM system such as Pipedrive.
• Maintaining data quality and improving processes.
• Producing reports, dashboards and management information.
• Analysing data and identifying trends and opportunities.
• Supporting system improvements, implementations or upgrades.
