Qualifications

• Knowledge of working in an IT Support environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide first and second line application support to users.
• Monitor incidents, status and resolution times; escalate recurring issues.
• Maintain and update application documentation and runbook materials.
• Support business continuity and disaster recovery planning.
• Assist in proactive service delivery and continual service improvement.
