Role Overview
Speaking fluency in Spanish and Italian are required for this position. The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) will be responsible for supporting customer acquisition and revenue growth across the UK, Ireland, Nordics, and Southern Europe by engaging, qualifying, and nurturing leads remotely. This role is fully remote and requires fluency in both Italian and Spanish, in addition to English. The ISR will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to manage inbound and outbound sales activities, identify business opportunities, and support the sales pipeline through to closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively engage with prospective customers via phone, email, video conferencing, and online platforms to understand their needs and present suitable solutions.
- Manage and qualify inbound leads generated by marketing campaigns, website activity, and referrals, looking to convert these into active engagements.
- Conduct outbound prospecting to identify and develop new business opportunities within the target regions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Schedule and deliver remote product demonstrations in Italian, Spanish, and English as required.
- Collaborate with regional sales teams, marketing, and customer success to ensure alignment and maximise conversion rates.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay up to date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activity relevant to the UK, Ireland, Nordics, and Southern Europe.
- Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships with clients.
- Manage the quoting of software maintenance via channel partners in an organised and systematic way, ensuring accuracy, timely delivery, and compliance with internal processes.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in an Inside Sales, Sales Development, or similar role, ideally within the software and technology sectors.
- Native or fluent proficiency in Italian and Spanish, with strong business communication skills in English.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a remote or office-based environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone or online.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with experience using CRM systems.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
- Ability to adapt to different markets and cultures across the UK, Ireland, Nordics, and Southern Europe.
- Knowledge of the data centre, IT, or SaaS markets is advantageous but not essential.
