Remote status: Remote (with monthly travel to Head Office near Brighton, East Sussex)

Salary: £32,000 (OTE £41k with uncapped commission)

Reporting to: Head of Sales & Marketing

The Opportunity

Network My Club are looking for driven and ambitious salesperson to grow membership and events across our West and North region.

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to grow revenue within your assigned region.

  • Bristol - Gloucestershire Cricket Club
  • Cardiff - Cardiff City Football Club
  • North - Venue coming soon!

This role comes with potential to grow with the business, and play a part in achieving ambitious expansion plans to deliver premium networking for SME leaders at premium sporting venues across the UK.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Driving membership and event sales across your region
  • Proactively generating target market fit leads across your region
  • Nurturing prospects from lead to membership
  • Managing relationships with members in your region
  • Retaining members through delivering a high quality service
  • Attending NMC events within your region
  • Attend local trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to generate new leads and promote the brand.
  • Meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly and yearly new membership and retention targets
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to the Head of Sales.

Who You Are - What We're Looking For

  • Proven track record in B2B sales - preferably in a regional or remote capacity.
  • Strong self-starter mentality - you are proactive, organised, and able to manage your time and pipeline effectively without day-to-day supervision.
  • A true networker and people person - you’re ****a warm, natural conversationalist, who can walk into any room and build strong rapport and relationships at all levels.
  • Highly organised and disciplined - you’re ****comfortable in a fast-paced sales environment with the ability to manage a many sales opportunities at different stages.
  • Multi-channel communicator - you’re ****able to communicate with senior level stakeholders via a range of methods, including phone, email, LinkedIn, video, and others.
  • EOS obsessed - we run the company on EOS, and you’ll be prepared to learn, and live and breathe the system and tools alongside the team.
  • Full UK driving licence - with the willingness and ability to travel as needed.
