About our Sales Executive role:
- Use training techniques to convert warm inbound leads into new customers—no cold calling!
- Manage a portfolio of existing customers, building relationships to understand their needs and unlock their potential
- Proactively develop your sales pipeline
- Win new business from previous enquirers who haven't yet purchased
- Act as the main contact for customer queries via phone and email
- Meet sales targets for your territory
- Keep our CRM system updated with accurate customer and lead info

About you:
- Native Finnish speaker
- 1-3 years’ experience in sales, business development, or account management in a fast-paced environment with short sales cycles
- Ambitious “Hunter mindset” focused on closing sales
- Strong negotiation and commercial skills
- Competitive and motivated by earnings
- Coachable and eager to learn
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Organized with multitasking ability
- Strong IT skills
