Sustainability Technical Administrator

Location: Cheltenham (Office-based)

Salary: Starting at £35,000 (negotiable)

About the Role

You will join the team as a BREEAM/Technical Administrator, taking responsibility for the management of the sustainability elements on a number of live projects, from inception to completion. The role is the key point of contact for BREEAM queries and a key link between the BREEAM Assessor and Consultants, internal project teams and clients/contractors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Acting as main point of contact for BREEAM queries, providing focused advice to clients and design teams.
  • Reviewing information available to assess whether targeted credits are achievable. Identifying any targeted issues.
  • Processing and tracking data to support the BREEAM assessment process.
  • Liaising and communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintaining accurate records and supporting multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Monitoring progress in line with trackers issued by the Assessor and internal schedules.
  • Assisting in the preparation and submission of reports to the Building Research Establishment (BRE).
  • Ensuring Post construction stage assessments are submitted to BRE by the Assessor to achieve Post Construction certification as soon as possible following completion of the project.

The successful candidate will receive full training and sponsorship to become a qualified BREEAM assessor, providing a fantastic platform for professional development within sustainability consultancy.
