Job summary

Cavendish Maine in the United Kingdom seeks an experienced Business Sales Manager to own and grow major distributor relationships across the South of England. You will balance account management with proactive new business, building strategic partnerships with distributor teams and end-user accounts to drive product adoption in sustainable packaging and disposables.

Reporting on performance, identifying growth opportunities and supporting new product roll-outs will be key.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing high spend accounts in hospitality/foodservice or related sectors.
• Strong track record in building and maintaining strategic relationships with distributors and customers.
• Exposure to sustainable products or genuine interest in eco-innovation.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow key distributor relationships across the South of England (60% account management).
• Drive product adoption by building strong distributor sales team relationships.
• Identify opportunities for growth within partners and end-user accounts.
• Support rollout of new sustainable product ranges to distributors and customers.
• Report on account performance and contribute to strategic planning.
