Cavendish Maine is seeking a confident National Key Account Manager to own and grow UK distributor relationships in the HoReCa and related sectors. You will drive growth, manage senior partners and develop long‑term commercial strategies.

Based in the Midlands with easy access to motorways and rail, you will split your time 70% account management and 30% new business development, delivering high‑margin sales and measurable impact on turnover.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in B2B sales and account management.
• Experience working through distributor/dealer networks.
• Experience in commercial catering equipment, packaging, foodservice or HoReCa.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop relationships with key distributor partners.
• Build long-term commercial partnerships with purchasing, sales & marketing teams.
• Identify accounts at risk and develop retention strategies.
• Review performance, targets, product ranges and sales plans.
• Drive high-margin sales through the product range.
• Become a trusted commercial partner to your customers.
• Identify and win new distributor partnerships and channels.
• Work alongside distributor sales teams to target key end users.
• Develop new opportunities across HoReCa.
• Deliver agreed growth and new business targets.
• Keep your finger on the pulse of competitor activity and market trends.
