Fitzpatrick Referrals is looking for a Floor Coordinator to join our busy hospital in Eashing. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth running of the surgical day by coordinating the clinical team and patient flow through the hospital.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be proactive, resourceful, and able to work under pressure. Experience in coordinating people and workflow in a busy environment is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role or in coordinating people and workflow.
• Ability to think calmly and logically under pressure.
• Background in veterinary or human medicine is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate the clinical team and patient flow through the hospital.
• Allocate cases and tasks to team members including nurses and vets.
• Organise lunch breaks and create a management plan for the day.
