Competitive Salary - From £43,000+ per year, reviewed annually

About the Role

You will be responsible for leading and inspiring a new team to support a young person moving into their own home in Worthing.

This individual is:

  • Warm, affectionate, and enjoys genuine connections
  • Autistic, with mental health conditions and a learning disability
  • Living with psychosis, which can bring high anxiety and vivid hallucinations

Your leadership will ensure a trauma-informed, calm, and person-centred approach is at the heart of all support.

They enjoy music, dancing, discos, cars and long drives, gentle walks, cooking, bowling, and trips to the cinema. They thrive with encouragement, positivity, and consistent relationships; and you'll play a key role in creating the right environment for them to develop independence, self-worth, and joy in daily life.

Working hours: 40 per week, Monday-Friday, with on-call duties. We're open to discussing flexible working arrangements.

Who We're Looking For
  • Proven experience as a Manager in services supporting individuals with mental health conditions (including psychosis and anxiety), autism, and learning disabilities
  • A confident leader who can inspire and develop a skilled, empathetic team
  • Creative, resilient, and passionate about making a difference
  • A strong communicator with excellent active listening skills
  • Sound knowledge of Care Quality Commission (CQC) regulations and compliance requirements
