P3 Charity (People Potential Possibilities) in Leamington is recruiting a Support Worker to provide housing-related support to adults experiencing homelessness. You will act as a keyworker, create personalised plans, and work with partners to help people move towards independent living.

This site-based role is 37.5 hours per week on a two-week rota, Monday to Friday, with weekend and bank holiday involvement as part of the rolling pattern.

We have an exciting opportunity join our brilliant team of Support Workers. As a Support Worker, you will be working in our accommodation-based service in Leamington, providing housing related support to adults who are experiencing homelessness. Acting as a keyworker, you will create a personalised plan in partnership with each person, ensure they feel heard and respected every step of the way, encourage positive and healthy lifestyles and assist individuals to develop skills for independent living. Working closely with our partners across the county you will take a multi-agency approach to reach positive outcomes for individuals and provide intensive, compassionate support that reflects our organisational values and commitment to empowering people to build a better future.

You will be working on a 2-week rolling rota, meaning that weekend and bank holidays will form part of the normal working week
