Job summary

P3 Charity in Cambridge is seeking a Bank Support Worker to join our accommodation-based services, providing housing related support to adults experiencing Mental Illness. You will act as a keyworker, encouraging healthy lifestyles and helping individuals develop independent living skills.

You will work with partners across the county, use our IT system to record paperwork, and make decisions to support people in achieving their goals. DBS checks are enhanced and paid for by P3.

Hours: Casual, as and when required

Work base: Site based

As a Bank Support Worker, you will be working in our accommodation-based services in Cambridge, providing housing related support to adults who are experiencing Mental Illness.

You will act as a keyworker, encouraging positive and healthy lifestyles and assist individuals to develop skills for independent living. You will work closely with our partners across the county and take a multi-agency approach to reach positive outcomes for individuals.

You must have a can-do attitude, be willing to go the extra mile and be able to think outside the box. You will work on our internal IT system ensuring that all paperwork is accurately recorded and up to date. You must be able make decisions with the sole purpose of supporting the people we work alongside to achieve their goals.
