Job summary

Riverside is a housing association providing supported housing across the UK. This role supports customers in Camden, helping them access benefits, manage finances and move towards independent housing, with a focus on resilience and empathy.

You will work a rota of 5 days out of 7, including weekends and bank holidays, and maintain clear records while coordinating with employability coaches and partner agencies to enable lasting change.

Qualifications

• Experience of working with vulnerable people.
• Experience delivering structured support and risk management.
• Be a team player with a caring and empathetic nature.
• Understanding of supporting vulnerable people including lived experience.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support customers in one of Riverside's services, connecting them with employability coaches and other agencies.
• Help customers manage money, sign up for benefits, and pursue move-on housing.
• Maintain records and admin with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Provide resilient, empathetic, trauma-informed support and promote independence.
