Qualifications

• Experience of working with vulnerable people.
• Experience of delivering structured support and risk management.
• Be a team player with a caring, empathetic, resilient, can-do attitude.
• Understanding of supporting vulnerable people (e.g., homelessness or addiction).
• Ability to work flexible hours and lone working when required.

Responsibilities

• Leading on co-producing bespoke support and move-on plans with key stakeholders.
• Carrying out regular reviews of support and risk plans.
• Engaging customers to meet outcomes and develop life skills.
• Assisting with day-to-day support and tenancy-related matters.
• Signposting to external support services and community resources.
• Supporting customers to be tenancy-ready and financially independent.
