Positive Futures in Lisburn is recruiting for a Support Worker to help people with learning disabilities, autism or brain injury live independently with real choice. No formal qualifications needed; kindness, patience and a sense of fun are valued.

Full induction and supportive team are provided. You'll assist with daily living, money management, personal care, community activities, and advocacy support when needed while maintaining dignity and respect.

Qualifications

• Personal or work experience of providing care or support.
• Basic digital skills to record notes and use care systems.
• Full, Valid UK Driving Licence and access to a car for role.

Responsibilities

• As a Support Worker, you'll form a positive relationship with the person you support and help with daily living skills, personal care and community activities.
• You'll look after home, money and medications as independently as possible and seek advocacy support when needed.
• You'll act as a role model for staff and ensure accurate record keeping using digital systems.
