Job summary

Positive Futures in Lisburn, Northern Ireland, invites applications for a Support Worker (Female Only). You don’t need formal qualifications—kindness, patience and reliability are valued as you help people live life their way.

You’ll support individuals with learning disabilities, brain injury, or autism to live independently, manage daily tasks, money, and health, and stay connected with their community. Full induction is provided, and NISCC registration costs are covered.

Qualifications

• Experience in informal or formal care/support roles is preferred.
• Patience, kindness and reliability are essential.
• Full, valid UK driving licence and car access for work purposes.

Responsibilities

• Support daily living skills and personal care where needed.
• Assist with managing money and medications as independently as possible.
• Help individuals access community activities and advocate for their choices.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate with families and other services.
