Job summary

The Riverside Group in Liverpool is seeking a dedicated Support Worker on a fixed-term contract until 01 March 2027. You will work from our Powerhouse office providing practical and emotional support, linking customers with employability coaches and benefits services.

You’ll be managing daily admin, maintaining records, and helping customers to regain independence through structured support, risk management, and flexible, compassionate teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience of working with vulnerable people.
• Experience delivering structured support and risk management.
• Ability to work as part of a team with empathy and a resilient attitude.

Responsibilities

• Support customers to access housing, benefits and services.
• Carry out day-to-day admin and records in the system.
• Travel to properties as required and work flexibly to meet needs.
• Promote safeguarding and work with partners to remove barriers.
