Job summary

Community Integrated Care is a UK health and social care charity recruiting Bank Support Workers to help adults over 55 live fulfilling daily lives. You will provide compassionate, person-centered care and build real connections with individuals and their families.

Shifts include 7pm–7am and 7am–7pm; no driving required; you’ll work with a friendly, supportive team in a close-knit community setting, with ongoing training and progression opportunities.

Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role:

Working closely with the Service Leader and Support Worker Team, you will be responsible for supporting adults over the age of 55 and above with to live their daily lives. Each person we support is unique, so the support you provide will be person-centred and will focus on achieving the best lives possible with them.

Our Shifts: Contract 7pm to 7am, 7am till 7pm

Driving License: No

Our Extra Care Services are located in the heart of the community, with easy access to shops, supermarkets, and transport links.

You will be supporting individuals with a wide range of needs, such as Dementia, mental health & physical conditions, providing them with the best care possible to help them live their best lives!

Shifts:

We have a dedicated team of staff during the day and night, ensuring consistent and compassionate care 24 hours a day.
