Job summary

Community Integrated Care is seeking a Bank Support Worker in Leicester to help provide person-centred support for individuals in day-to-day life. You will assist with personal care, medication administration, and home management while building meaningful connections with five individuals.

The role offers flexible shifts, ongoing training, and opportunities for progression within a supportive, values-driven charity. DBS check is provided, and there is no uniform requirement.

Working closely with the Service Leader and Support Worker Team, you will be responsible for supporting vulnerable individuals in their day to day lives. Each person we support is unique, so the support you provide will be person-centred and will focus on achieving the best lives possible with each individual.

Our Shifts

7am - 2.30pm | 2.30pm - 10pm | 10pm - 7am (Sleepover)

Shift Requirement: We are currently recruiting for day and night shift cover

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be supporting 5 amazing individuals to live their daily lives in the way they want to live them. This means you will provide support in a wide variety of ways, including:

• Supporting with personal care
• Medication Administration - including support one individual with epilepsy
• Home management, including support with cooking, cleaning, shopping and budget management
• Daily activities - anything and everything the people we support like to do is something you might provide support with! So come ready and willing to put yourself out there and support people to visit their families, watch TV, enjoy astronomy, knit and get out and about to try new activities
