Job summary

Community Integrated Care seeks caring individuals to support two young adults aged 25–40 with learning disabilities, autism, Asperger syndrome and mental health needs. You will contribute to daily living, personal care, medication administration and community activities as part of a small, supportive team.

The role includes varied shifts and no uniform is required. We value inclusivity and offer opportunities for training, career progression and a supportive environment within a charity-focused

Working closely with the Service Leader and the Support Worker team, you will be responsible for supporting 2 ladies our aged from 25-40.

Our Support Needs & Challenges

• The individuals that live here have learning Disabilities, autism, asperges syndrome and mental health.

Our Shifts:

Shift pattern is anything from 8am until 11pm then a sleep shift starting at 11pm until 7am

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be supporting 2 individuals to live their daily life in the way they wants to live it. This means you will provide support in a wide variety of ways, including:

• Supporting with personal care
• Medication Administration
• Home management, including support with cooking, cleaning, shopping and budget management
• Daily activities - anything and everything the person we support like to do is something you might provide support with! So come ready and willing to put yourself out there and try some new things!
