A community support organization in Wales is looking for a compassionate Support Worker to provide practical assistance and emotional support to individuals with learning disabilities or autism. This part-time role requires experience in promoting health and well-being, alongside excellent communication skills. You will facilitate social activities and help individuals achieve their personal goals while respecting their dignity. Requires a full UK driving license.

Hours: Part-time, 22 hours per week
Located in Llandybie

Supported living services provide people an opportunity to live an independent life in their own home.
Cartref Croeso care home is situated on the outskirts of a small village called Llandybie. It is an 8‑bedroom property with 8 individual flats, tailored to the needs of the people we support.
