  • Monitoring overnight wellbeing

A live‑in team member will also be present during the night if additional support is needed.

Important Details
  • This role is open to female applicants only, due to a genuine occupational requirement (Equality Act 2010, Schedule 9, Part 1).

  • A kind and compassionate nature
  • Flexibility and reliability – continuity is key
  • Great communication skills
  • Someone local to the Hexham area who can easily travel to the client’s home

  • Accrued holiday pay
  • NEST pension scheme
  • Recognition through our Active Awards Programme
  • Refer‑a‑Friend Bonus – earn up to £1,500
  • Ongoing support from our brilliant clinical and leadership teams

Whether you’re already working in care or looking to return to a rewarding role, we’ll give you the support, training, and flexibility to succeed.
