Job summary

SIS Care is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join Glenarie House in Liverpool. The role is full-time and permanent, paying £13.45 per hour, with 24-hour staffing and waking nights on site. You will support adults with complex mental health needs in daily living, focusing on person-centred care and quality of life.

We value passion, experience in mental health, and teamwork. Driving is preferred but not essential; Level 2 NVQ is desirable.

TheSupport Worker role:

SIS are currently looking to recruit experienced individuals who have experience working within a supported living service. As part of this role, you would be supporting individuals with complex mental health needs as well as providing support within their daily lives. You will play a crucial role in enhancing their quality of life through person centred support.

Glenarie house is a period building set in beautiful park surroundings. This mixed sex service comprises of 16 rooms with shared facilities set over 3 floors and lift access. The service supports a mixed age range of up to 16 people with complex mental health needs.
