Job summary

SIS Care have an exciting opportunity available for a Support Worker to join our team. You will join us on a Part time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £13.45 per hour.

As a Support Worker, you would support individuals with complex mental health needs in Abbots Grange, an 11-bed mixed sex scheme with a combination of self-contained flats and shared living. You will work with a key worker and use recovery-led tools to enhance daily life.

Qualifications

• Passionate about making a difference.
• Experience within Mental Health.
• Experience in a Supported living service.
• Driving is preferable but not essential.
• Level 2 NVQ is desirable but not essential.

TheSupport Worker role:

SIS are currently looking to recruit experienced individuals who have experience working within a supported living service. As part of this role, you would be supporting individuals with complex mental health needs as well as providing support within their daily lives. You will play a crucial role in enhancing their quality of life through person centred support.

About the service

Abbots Grange is an 11 bedded mixed sex scheme with a combination of self-contained flats and shared living. All clients are allocated a key worker and will be supported in a recovery led way, incorporating tools such as Recovery Star, weekly planners, and budget planning.
