Job summary

Solutions in Service Ltd is recruiting a Bank Support Worker to assist individuals with complex mental health needs in a supported living setting in Liverpool. The role focuses on person-centred support to improve daily living and overall wellbeing.

You would join a team delivering 24-hour care and promoting autonomy, dignity and safety for residents. Driving is preferred but not essential, and NVQ Level 2 is desirable.

Salary £13.45 per hourplus 12.07% to incorporate holiday pay.

The role of a Bank Support Worker.

SIS are currently looking to recruit an experienced individual who has experience working within a supported living service. As part of this role, you would be supporting individuals with complex mental health needs as well as providing support within their daily lives. You will play a crucial role in enhancing their quality of life through person centred support.

About the service

SIS is a leading care provider in the Northwest. We have been supporting individuals with mental health and housing needs since 2014. Glenarie house is a period building set in beautiful park surroundings. This mixed sex service comprises of 16 rooms with shared facilities set over 3 floors and lift access. The service supports up to 16 people with complex mental health needs. There are 24-hour staffing with waking nights.
